Shiv Nadar University Management Admission Test

The application period for SMAT 202 4 has ended on the website of Shiv Nadar University. Later this year, the institution will release the schedule for the next round of admission. Candidates who do not have a national level MBA entrance exam score can take the SMAT exam. After the candidate's application is approved, the university notifies the candidate of the exam day, timings, and location. Exam SMAT 2024 details are provided below.

What is SMAT?

Shiv Nadar University administers the SMAT, or Shiv Nadar University Management Admission Test, as a requirement for admission to its I-Global MBA programme. For the purpose of selecting candidates for MBA admission, the comprehensive entrance exam SMAT is administered. The university also grants admission based on the results of the GMAT/NMAT tests administered by GMAC. Anyone who has taken one of these tests need not take the SMAT. The MBA application procedure at Shiv Nadar University is done online.

SMAT 2024: Highlights

• The candidate must hold a graduate degree in any field from a reputable university with a minimum cumulative grade point average of 50%.

• Candidates who have not yet received their final year (bachelor's degree) results may still apply if they can submit their final year results no later than November 30, 2022.

• Qualified candidates for ICAI, ICSI, and ICWA may also apply for SMAT.

SMAT: Admissions Procedure

FIRST STEP: Application procedure

By completing an online application form on the official website, applicants can register for the SMAT exam. A non-refundable application fee of INR 1,200 will be charged to them.

STEP 2: SMAT 2024  Admit card

The candidate's assigned exam date will be at least a week out when the SMAT 2024 admit card becomes available for download. The exam schedule will be communicated to registered candidates via proper channels. Before the exam, each candidate must download their admission cards.

Third Step: SMAT 2024

The SMAT exam will take place on the designated day. Questions on English, Quantitative Aptitude, and Reasoning themes will be included on the exam paper. Those who pass the SMAT in 2024 will be chosen to participate in the personal interview phase.

STEP 4: SMAT 2024 results

The exam takers will receive the SMAT 2022 results by mail. On the official website, test-takers can verify their results. A merit list and PI timetable will be revealed after the results are declared. Selected applicants must be in person for PI to finish the admissions screening process.

STEP 5: Personal Interview

This session is held to evaluate candidate’s ability to handle various business situations.

Candidates will be informed of the SMAT 2024 exam dates via official correspondence. The Shiv Nadar University MBA admissions process is now accepting online applications. Candidates can apply based on their CAT/GMAT/NMAT by GMAC/XAT scores or they can take the SMAT in 2022 if they want to be admitted to the 2022–23 cohort.
