IIT Bombay conducts CEED. It is a qualifying exam
for Master of Design (MDes). The Common Entrance Exam For Design (CEED), is
designed to assess the candidate’s ability to design. This includes visual
perception, drawing skills and logical reasoning. It is a qualifying exam for Master of Design (MDes),
programmes at IIT Bombay and IIT Delhi, IIT Guwahati and IIT Kanpur. Also, it
can be used to apply for PhD programmes at various IITs and design schools. Only passing the CEED exam does not guarantee admission to
these programs. For admission, admitting
institutes might conduct additional tests or interviews.
A CEED score does NOT guarantee admission.
Admission institutes will verify eligibility, category
certificates, and other documents in addition to the CEED score. The CEED score 2022 is
valid for a year starting from the date it was declared.
