Institute of Rural Management
Anand (IRMA)
The
application period for IRMASAT 2023 is anticipated to open in the final week of
September 2022. Most likely, the application procedure will be completed in
January 2023. Results for IRMASAT 2022 were made available online in March 2022
on the official website. The IRMASAT test was not given in 2022. Depending on
their CAT or XAT results, the candidates were chosen for the interviews.
What
is IRMASAT?
- The Institute of
Rural Management Anand administers the IRMASAT, often known as the IRMA
Social Awareness Test (IRMA). Admission to the Post Graduate Diploma in
Rural Management (PGDRM) and Fellow Programme in Rural Management is based
on IRMASAT scores (FPRM). The IRMASAT 2023 examination is typically
administered using a computer. CAT/XAT scores are used to determine
admission to the PGDRM programme at IRMA. Application submission, the
Written Ability Test (WAT), and a personal interview make up the
admissions procedure (PI). On the IRMA's official website, the application
form for the IRMASAT 2023 will be accessible.
- On two calls,
the IRMA will shortlist potential applicants for admissions:
- • Merit-based
Calls: For applicants who took the CAT 2022 or XAT 2023, the selection
committee will determine the category-wise cutoff.
- Profile-cum-merit based Calls:
For profile-based calls,
candidates who meet the following requirements will be shortlisted:
• A degree from a reputable
university or college in agribusiness packaging and processing, agriculture,
agriculture engineering, cooperatives connected to agriculture, dairy
technology, fisheries, food processing, food science, food technology,
forestry, horticulture, or veterinary medicine.
• Work experience in the fields
of development, social impact, livelihoods, advocacy, policy, and agriculture
and related industries.
