MAEER'S Maharashtra Institute of Technology (MIT) is a main private foundation of building situated in Pune. The school was set up in 1983 and subsidiary to the University of Pune and perceived by the Government of Maharashtra. MIT Pune is perceived by UGC and affirmed by the All India Council of Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi. MIT Pune has now been renamed as MIT-WPU (MIT World Peace University)
