Bihar National College, prominently known as B. N. School was built up in 1889 by two eager educationists and patriots Babu Bisheswar Singh and Shaligram Singh of Kulharia Raj, Bhojpur, Bihar. During the pilgrim burden after Indian National Congress was framed in 1885, these two siblings felt the crying need to stir up patriot sentiments among the understudies dedicated this school Bihar National College, yet the then British Government mounted a lot of weight upon them to erase the word National and vowed to give the title of Raja and an extremely huge Jagir.
