The joined Colleges of Arts, Science and Technology was set up in the year 1931-32 with Padmabhushan Mamidipudi Venkata Rangayya as the Founder Principal. A while later the College of Arts and Commerce was cut out from the consolidated schools in the year 1966. Solid establishments for this school were laid by the famous characters like Sir.J.C. Coyajee, Prof. V. S. Krishna, Prof.B. Sarveswara Rao, Prof. G. Partha sarathi, Prof. K.V. Sivayya and by every single other Principal. Because of their endeavors, this school is risen as the greatest constituent school of the Andhra University. As of now the school is having 203 showing employees and 105 authoritative and supporting staff individuals.
