The law school of Utkal University, Vani Vihar, BBSR was established in the Vani Vihar Campus in the year 1975-76 as a night instructing deptt., having no structure of its own. In course of time the Utkal University specialists and Govt. of Odisha were intrigued toenhance the legitimate instruction in Odisha& found a way to bring a wonderful and pulling in recognizable proof of the Law College. Other than L.L.B course, 5 years incorporated B.A L.L.B (Hons) course was presented and offered in the University Law school according to the plan to present specific multi year coordinated Law course began by the Govt. of India, service of Law Deptt. from the scholarly session, 1997-98.
